</p><p>Due to the ‘Health & Hygiene’ regulations we are only able to accept returns or exchanges of FACE it products if the goods are still sealed and unopened or are faulty.

Please include a photo of the damaged product/s and your order number.

Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible so that we can take care of this for you. Please provide us with your order number along with a photo of the incorrect item you received.
I haven’t received my order, help.
Not to worry, please allow up to a week for your order to arrive. If it still hasn’t arrived after a week please email email@example.com
Please note that if you haven’t got in touch with us regarding a missing parcel within 60 days of placing your order it has been too long and we can no longer help.</p>

</p><p>All orders submitted before 2:00PM EST will be processed the same day. No orders are processed or shipped on Saturday, Sunday or Public Holidays.

</p><p>All orders are shipped from Melbourne, Australia via Australia Post.
</p><p>Delivery was attempted, what will happen next?
</p><p>After delivery attempts your package will either be returned to us or disposed of and additional shipping fees and costs will apply for re-delivery.

</p><p>Please be careful when entering your address, FACE it will not be responsible for orders sent to the incorrect delivery address provided by the customer.

</p><p>I have not received an order confirmation, what should I do?
Order confirmations can sometimes take up to 24 hours to receive due to high demand. If you have not received your order confirmation email after 24 hours, please contact us at email@example.com with your enquiry.
